Chaque cordelette est positionnée puis cousue à la main par nos couturières. Aucune pose n'est automatisée : c'est ce qui explique que deux pièces ne soient jamais tout à fait identiques.

C'est aussi ce qui la rend réparable.

Our Workshops in Paris

We don't work with a factory. We work with workshops, each specializing in their craft, all located in Paris.

Sewing

Assembling the parts and attaching the cords.

Embroidery

Hand and machine embroidery, and 3D puff embroidery for caps.

Screen Printing

Our velvet prints, with a matte effect and a soft touch.

Decoration

Swarovski hotfix rhinestones applied one by one, beads, appliques.

We select our fabrics in Europe, mainly from Portugal and Turkey.

3. The Drawing

Each piece is designed in-house, based on our references and inspirations.

4. The Prototype

A first sample is made, worn, and adjusted. Nothing goes into production without first going through this process.

5. Manufacturing

Cutting, assembly, then hand finishing: cord, embroidery, rhinestones.

Materials

Our cottons stand out for their thickness and structure.

French Terry (500 gsm) — a heavy cotton, knitted to offer soft loops on the inside and a smooth face on the outside. A stiff drape that does not deform.
Double Jersey (300 gsm) — a double-sided knit, significantly thicker and more opaque than a classic t-shirt.
Pre-washed and pre-shrunk — our fabrics will not move on the first wash.

Vegan leather selected for its matte finish — without a glossy plastic effect — and its textured grain, similar to traditional leather.

The addition of polyester from recycled sources gives the tank top its flexibility and breathability, while reducing waste.

This is what makes our basics so strong.

Dropped shoulders — for oversized hoodie cuts.
Double topstitching — on collars, shoulders, and cuffs. The seams won't split.
1x1 and 2x2 ribbed cuffs and hems — thick and elastic, they maintain the garment's shape.
YKK zippers — the global benchmark for zippers, known for their smoothness and robustness.

Hand and machine embroidery — the logo, made to last.
3D embroidery — a raised technique that gives volume to cap logos.
Swarovski hotfix rhinestones (3 mm) — each crystal is inserted one by one, for perfect alignment and durable thermal fixing.
Velvet prints — a print with a soft, raised feel.

Our fabrics mainly come from Portugal — the European expert in heavy jersey — and Turkey. The finishing touches, embroidery, cord and rhinestone applications are done in our Parisian workshops.
