Two Production Methods
Not all our pieces are made in the same way. The majority are available in stock. Others are launched in the workshop once your order is confirmed: this is the case for our most elaborate pieces, like the Bomber. The production method is indicated on each product page.
Shipping Times
In-stock items — shipped within 2 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Made-to-order items — shipped within 2 to 3 weeks (business days) from the confirmation of your order. These pieces go through several of our Parisian workshops: cutting, assembly, then hand finishing — cording, embroidery, rhinestones. This timeframe is for production; delivery time is additional.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a made-to-order item, it will be shipped all at once, once everything is ready. Contact us if you would like separate shipments.
Shipping Costs
Delivery fees are calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination. They are indicated before confirmation.
Delivery Zones
We deliver in metropolitan France and internationally. Delivery times vary according to the destination.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. For made-to-order items, we will inform you if the timeframe needs to be adjusted.
Returns
Regardless of the production method, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Consult our return and refund policy
